Satonya Fair, JD, is a philanthropy generalist with an operations orientation. She is equally adept at executive and programmatic advising as she is at designing the systems and structures necessary to drive transformational change throughout your organization. Her experience spans the social impact ecosystem including leadership roles at national nonprofits, private and corporate foundations, academia, and corporate community relations. She maintains an unrelenting focus on the people who do the work and the organizations that depend on their excellence.
